Officers were called on July 13 to graffiti in the street in the 19200 block of 75th St E. Officers saw two messages with anti-police sentiments and what looked like male genitalia.

Officers saw two messages with anti-police sentiments and what looked like male genitalia. The reporting party told officers he suspected his father because he is upset about a current restraining order made by his ex-wife. Public Works was notified to remove the graffiti.

COUNTERFEIT MONEY AT GARAGE SALE: Officers were dispatched on July 16 to a report of counterfeit money at a garage sale. Officers were told a male purchased bought some golf balls using a $20 bill. Later on in the day the reporting party thought the bill looked suspicious and asked his neighbors, who confirmed the bill was fake. Officers then received a second and third report of counterfeit money, again using a fake $20 bill by a man with a similar description. One of the reporting parties had someone follow the man home and officers identified the man. The man was issued a summons for three misdemeanor charges.
