A record check revealed he had a suspended license. The man was cited and released, but when Cascade Towing came to impound the car, bullets and a gun were found. Officers again located the driver and arrested him. The gun was taken for inspection but a serial number was not found. The driver was released again and told the case would be forwarded to the city prosecutor.

THROUGH THE STOP SIGN: On March 29 officers puled over a vehicle for driving through a stop sign. When the car stopped, the driver door opened but the male driver did not exit, explaining the driver side window did not roll down. Officers smelled burnt marijuana coming from the car, but the driver did not volunteer for a field sobriety test. The driver was booked for DUI and given an infraction.
