All Pierce County buildings will be closed Friday in obervance of Independence Day.

Also, Bonney Lake and Sumner city facilities will be closed, along with all state and federal government offices.

All Pierce County libraries will also be closed Friday in observance of Independence Day.

People may continue to access free services online and download audio and e-books and use e-sources with subscription magazines and encyclopedias at www.piercecountylibrary.org.

All city, state and federal offices will resume operations Monday.
