Friends of the Libraries welcome donations of gently used books at any of Pierce County Library’s 17 branches. Most Friends organizations also want used CDs, DVDs and videos and some request magazines. Please contact your local library to learn whether they also would like these items.

The groups sell these items at book sales. The proceeds go towards paying for programs with authors, story tellers and other fun events to make them free for kids and adults. Donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
