Officers pulled over a vehicle that was driving on the sidewalk on May 7. The male driver’s speech was slurred and he said he was recently drinking so officers asked if he would volunteer for field sobriety tests.

FAILURE TO TRANSFER TITLE: Officers stopped a car on May 5 when a record check revealed there was a sale but the title was not transferred. Officers contacted the driver, who had no ID or sale paperwork. Officers used the man’s date of birth for a record check and discovered a warrant out of Olympia. The man was arrested to the Score Jail and the car was driven off by a friend.

DRIVING ON THE SIDEWALK: Officers pulled over a vehicle that was driving on the sidewalk on May 7. The male driver’s speech was slurred and he said he was recently drinking so officers asked if he would volunteer for field sobriety tests. The portable breath test revealed the driver had a blood alcohol content of .165. The man was arrested and the car impounded.
