HOME BURGLARY: A Michael Avenue called police the afternoon of May 5, reporting a residential burglary. Several items were reported missing and a complete list was pending. There was no sign of forced entry.

HIT-AND-RUN: Police responded to a Semanski Street location shortly before midnight May 5 after hearing that two suspects ran from the scene of a motor vehicle accident. A Washington State Patrol trooper was already on the scene when the first 911 call was made. City police assisted with locating the responsible driver. The WSP was to handle the accident and subsequent DUI arrest.

MAY 8: Officers responded to a pair of traffic accidents, neither involving injuries; both were at SR 410 and Main Street. Police also heard of a hit-and-run incident on Division Street, an alleged assault at Rainier School and a fight at a Mundy Loss Road address.

MAY 7: A residential burglar alarm sounded at a Rainier Street address, a verbal domestic disturbance was reported on A Street and two complaints about parties were called in.
