Bonney Lake’s city council will have an open discussion of Eastown development issues at the regularly scheduled workshop tonight, 5:30 p.m. in the Justice Center.

Discussion regarding the Eastown section of the city has centered around the recent failure of the Utility Latecomers Agreement and how to proceed in installing a sewer system. The Council last discussed the matter, with no clear resolution, on Aug. 21.

Also on the agenda is the 2013-2014 Biennial Budget. The city does not foresee cuts or layoffs, but the stated goal for the next budget period is to spend less than the city earns in revenues.
