10:35 a.m. update: The EHS modified lockdown has been lifted after law enforcement contacted the individual in question and “determined the report was unsubstantiated,” the district said in an email.

10:02 a.m.: Enumclaw High is on modified lockdown today, Sept. 8, around 9:13 a.m.

According to a Facebook post, the district has received “rumors and reports of a potential threat from an individual not on our campus”, and law enforcement has responded.

A modified lockdown means no one can leave or enter the building.
