JUVENILE TROUBLE: A citizen advised a night clerk of juveniles destroying property behind a Monroe Avenue grocery store. Contact was made and the suspects were released to parents. The incident occurred at 9:43 p.m. Sept. 20.

BUCKLEY ASSIST: An officer responded the afternoon of Sept. 20 to assist Buckley police with a possible burglary in progress at a Hinkleman Road address. The matter was settled upon police contact.

GENERATOR GONE: Police were told the morning of Sept. 20 that a generator had been stolen from a secured garage at a Griffin Avenue location.

SUSPICIOUS: A Porter Street resident told police shortly after 5 a.m. Sept. 19 that someone had banged on his door, then departed before he could answer. Officers searched the area to no avail. The same situation played out hours later at both a Warwick Street and Battersby Avenue location.

NO CAMPING: A city employee called police shortly before 9 a.m. Sept. 19, reporting that someone was sleeping on a picnic table at Rotary Centennial Park. An officer contacted the individual and advised overnight camping was not allowed in the park.

THEFT CONCERNS: A resident of Almadon Street notified police Sept. 19, asking for additional patrols during nighttime hours due to vehicle break-ins. He was a victim, but declined to file a report.

MARIJUANA WORRIES: A parent contacted police Sept. 19, asking to speak to an officer regarding her daughter getting marijuana at school.
