At today’s Council meeting, Council members:

  • Unanimously approved an ordinance continuing a temporary use permit for homeless encampments (Ordinance 2014-0424).
  • Unanimously adopted a motion establishing King County’s 2015 State Legislative Agenda (Motion 2014-0469).
  • Unanimously approved a motion authorizing accepting the donation of 10 acres of property in the city of Carnation for conservation and passive recreation (Motion 2014-0427).
  • Approved the appointment of Carol Gregory to fill the vacancy in the 30th Legislative District of the Washington state Legislature (Motion 2014-0485).
