Join pastry chef Laurie Pfalzer of Pastry Craft to learn how to make chocolate gifts for the holidays. Chef Laurie will demonstrate how to make chocolate ganache and how to roll and finish beautiful, dark chocolate truffles in cocoa powder. She will also demonstrate chocolate tempering to make white chocolate candy cane bark and caramel corn with dark chocolate drizzle. Come enjoy the sweetness of the holidays with handmade gifts you can make at home. Recipes and samples will be available.
