Officers were contacted on Dec. 23 about a mysterious car in the reporting party’s back yard. He initially assumed it was a friend’s car who often parks his car at the reporting party’s home, but the friend denied it was his.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: On Dec. 17 officers observed a car with tabs nearly two years expired. After pulling the male driver over, officers also learned the driver did not transfer the title over into his name when he bought the car. The driver could not provide registration or proof of insurance, but a computer check revealed he had a suspended license. Officers handcuffed and searched the driver and found a meth pipe. The driver was cited for multiple violations and released with the pipe in police custody.

The car appeared driveable and was unlocked, although no keys were found. The car was towed from the scene.
