DOMESTIC: Police responded at 7:30 p.m. Dec 9 to a Grand Fir Drive residence and a report of a domestic dispute involving an intoxicated man who was refusing to leave. He departed shortly before police arrived and could not be located. The woman involved in the dispute was advised to call police again should the man return. A second call came less than an hour later, with the victim stating the man had assaulted her and left the house on foot. He was found nearby and taken into custody for fourth-degree assault.
