Tuesday, the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office charged Jayce Lee Damon Randall, 26, with vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment. In the early morning of Saturday, March 16, the defendant was driving his niece and nephew while allegedly under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. He lost control and crashed, killing 9-year-old Donovan Best.
