Pierce County Council to hold Dec. 4 meeting in NE Tacoma

The Pierce County Council will hold its Dec. 4 regular meeting in the Northeast Tacoma area as part of its practice of taking government on the road.

The Pierce County Council will hold its Dec. 4 regular meeting in the Northeast Tacoma area as part of its practice of taking government on the road.

The Council, which normally meets Tuesdays in its chambers in the County-City Building in downtown Tacoma, holds at least one meeting a year in each of the seven Council districts, as required by the Pierce County Charter.

The meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 4, will be held at 5:30 p.m. in McKenzie Hall of the Marine View Presbyterian Church, 8469 Eastside Drive NE, Tacoma. This meeting will be held in District 2, which is represented by Council Chair Joyce McDonald.
