Once again, the Master Gardeners of Pierce County plan eight free events at their Puyallup demonstration garden for children and their families during the 2015 spring and summer.

Once again, the Master Gardeners of Pierce County plan eight free events at their Puyallup demonstration garden for children and their families during the 2015 spring and summer.

Briefly, here is a description of the summer program offered free by the Pierce County Master Gardeners to children and their families to interest them in the joys and fun of the garden. I will continue to email details regarding each event prior to its occurrence. The events include:

MAY 16 – Seeds! Seeds! Seeds

MAY 30 – Fantasy finds your gardens

JUNE 6 – Tiny space plots

JUNE 27 – Are there amphibians in your garden?

JULY 11 – Teeny tiny creatures in your garden (Part three)

JULY 25 – Grandma’s garden

AUGUST 8 – Garden sensations

AUGUST 22 – Treasures of the garden

All these events take place in the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden, located at 2607 West Pioneer Way, Puyallup, WA. All attendees will sign photo releases.
