Sumner’s Music Off Main concert series kicks off this Friday with a show by the Puyallup Valley Community Band.

The first concert will be held in Sumner’s Rainier View Park—at the corner of Parker Road and Meade-McCumber Road—at 6:30 p.m.

The remaining four concerts of the series will play out of the Heritage Park gazebo off downtown Main Street.

Musicians scheduled for July are:

• Max Renshaw, July 20

• Hot Club Sandwich, July 27
