LEWD LANGUAGE: A Feb. 18 report told of two males making obscene comments to women in a First Street parking lot. Police contacted the pair, provided counseling about their behavior and told them to leave the area. They complied.

STOLEN AUTO: Police took a report the morning of Feb. 18 regarding the theft of a 1997 Ford Expedition. It was found a little more than an hour later; there was no visible damage, but the battery was missing. The vehicle was secured and the registered owner was notified.
