Wabash Church will host a community quilt show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 9.

There will be no admission fee, but organizers will accept a free-will donation that benefits the church’s women’s ministries program.

Community members are invited to enter up to three quilts, even if they did not make them. Quilts should be hand- or machine-pieced and hand- or machine-quilted and not mass produced. They should be clean and in good condition. Organizers hope to see bed quilts, baby quilts, antique quilts, quilt tops, unfinished quilt projects, quilt block collections, art quilts and more.

It is not be a judged show.

The show also will include demonstrations of quilting techniques, a hand-craft and cottage-industry bazaar, iced-tea patio café with bake sale, and a prayer corner.

Entry forms are available at www.wabashchurch.com or in person at the church, 18325 S.E. 384th, between Enumclaw and Auburn. Entry forms should be delivered between noon and 6 p.m. Aug. 8; special arrangements can be made by calling or texting Valerie at 253-508-8452.
