The female caller said she saw a male subject behind the building and was told to call the police if he was seen because he has several outstanding warrants for his arrest. The officer went on foot to look for the male suspect. He found the suspect walking toward him, then the officer ordered him to drop to the ground. The suspect was startled and had no way to confirm his identity. He was transported and booked to the local jail.

Criminal Trespass: An officer was called to a Walmart for a trespass complaint on June 11. The suspect was issued a trespass notification by Walmart in 2013. The female suspect was with her daughter. She was in the Walmart because she figured the trespass had expired, even though it is permanent until Walmart says it’s not. The officer escorted the female and her daughter to the security office. The female provided a written statement that she is not allowed on any Walmart property. She was issued a criminal citation for Criminal Trespass in the first degree.
