It’s 2012 and that means it may be time for a change of pace. Have you ever considered becoming a Washington State Trooper?

The WSP must continue screening for candidates who have a desire to be a part of an elite professional police organization and join the ranks of trooper.

Anyone interested in joining WSP can join us at our next physical fitness and written test date. 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the Washington State Patrol Academy, 631 W. Dayton Airport Rd., Shelton, Wash.

Applications can be mailed in or just brought along on Saturday. Wear appropriate attire and bring a change of clothes, as the testing also includes a physical fitness test.
