David S. Sorensen, 83, of Enumclaw died at home March 1, 2016.

He was born Feb. 26, 1933, in Enumclaw to Magnus and Elizabeth Sorensen. On Aug. 27, 1955, in Seattle, he married Jane Fairly. He retired from Boeing after 37 years as an engineer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife in their motor home.

He is survived by wife Jane and sister Dorothy Schreiber, both of Enumclaw.
