Dennis Lokovsek died Jan. 29, 2013.

He was born Oct. 25, 1949, in Puyallup.

He is survived by his mother Juanita Welcome; sisters, LaCinda and Anita; children Robert, Candelynn, David and Annette; and seven grandchildren.

There will be a luncheon in his honor at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Buckley Eagles.
