With heavy hearts, our family sadly announces the sudden passing of our beloved son

Joshua John Dean Weston. Josh was born on 8/30/85 in Renton, Washington, grew up in Enumclaw, and passed away on 5/6/25 in Tacoma,Washington from cardiac arrest.

Josh is survived by his mother Cynthia, father Ronald Weston, sister Helene Vanderhoff (husband Kanon), brothers Dan and Ron Weston, sister Jacqueline Weston, sisters Lisa and Jan Van Court, Aunt Patti Gunter, Aunt Sandi Pettit, Uncle John Powers and (wife Colleen), nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.

Josh loved working on cars and trucks. He was gifted mechanically and could strip down and rebuild any vehicle. Most of his career was spent at Weston’s Automotive, Gresham Trucking and Kenworth Trucking. One of the youngest workers at Gresham,

Josh was the “go to” for backing up the double trailer 18 wheelers that he handled with ease. Lover of nature and the outdoors, Josh enjoyed hiking, fishing, riding motorcycles, white water rafting, and snowboarding. Josh also loved to travel, and he was always up for an impromptu road trip.

Josh’s gentle and kind soul touched the lives of many people, and he will be greatly missed.
