Buckley resident Julie Sharp died Nov. 5, 2013.

She was born Feb. 25, 1947, in Hibbing, Minn., to the late Ross and Arlene Dorman. She graduated from James Monroe High School in Sepulveda, Calif. She married David Sharp in 1986 and moved from Granite Falls to Buckley. She worked at Cascade Security Bank in Enumclaw for several years before pursuing interests in travel. She spent more than 12 years doing bookkeeping for her son’s business before retiring on March 15, 2013.

She is survived by children James, Jason and Donny and two grandchildren.
