Laurel Juna Bruce of Buckley died Feb. 9, 2019. She was 79.

She was born March 2, 1939, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to the late Tommy and Johnny Richardson. She was devoted to God and cheated death five times.

She is survived by daughter Corlis; sons Dan and Greg Bruce; sister Linda Richardson Goad; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchilren. She was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Buckley City Cemetery.
