Bonney Lake took first place in 11 of 12 events during a 141-28 win over Clover Park Thursday at the Sumner High pool.

Cody Steiert, Zach Pettit, Jake Gould and Eben Sarver won the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 2 minutes, .86 seconds – just .86 seconds from qualifying for districts. But the foursome qualified for district in the 200 freestyle with a winning time of 1:42.90.

In the freestyle events, Nathan Scott won the 200 freestyle in 2:18.60, Sarver won the 50 freestyle in 25.54, Brian Duckett took first in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:00.26 and Andrew Allen won the 500 freestyle in 6:38.93.

Steiert won the 200 individual medley in 2:26.20 while Pettit won the 100 breaststoke in 1:21.63. Zach Bordelon was first in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:19.63 and won the 100 butterfly in 1:09.22.

Cody Rae, Tim Eckhart, Scott and Duckett won the 400 freestyle relay in 4:17.47.

Eckhart won the diving competition with 150.25 points.

Against Timberline Jan. 12, the Panthers took a 93-92 win over the Western Cascade Conference team from Lacey.

Steiert won the 200 and 500 freestyle with times of 2:08.75 and 6:00.39, respectively.

Sarver won the 50 freestyle race in 25.53 seconds.

Pettit finished second in the 100 breaststoke in 1:20.00.

The Panthers’ 200 freestyle relay team of Steiert, Gould, Pettit and Sarver won with a time of 1:46.96.

In the diving competition, Eckhart finished second with 137.3 points.
