The Bonney Lake Sharpshooters earned a first place trophy for Hoopfest 2010, which took place June 26 and 27. It was the third consecutive year the team of four fifth grade students and coach Anthony John travelled to Spokane to compete in the three-on-three street basketball tournament. In previous years the team placed second in its age group.

Spokane Hoopfest is the biggest three-on-three basketball tournament in the world, in which 6,700 teams compete across several age divisions.
