Sumner’s girls volleyball team pulled out a 3-0 win  against Orting Tuesday night. The Spartans are now 2-1 in South Puget Sound League 2A.

The game was over in three rounds that saw progressively worsening scores for the Cardinals: 25-14, 25-9, and 25-7.

Kaetlyn Brown scored 9 kills and 10 aces.

Karissa Brown made 11 kills.

Hannah Fitzpatrick made 13 digs and Britanny Smith kept the team together with 22 assists.

The Spartans play Steilacoom on the Sentinels’ turf tonight at 7:15 p.m.
