STATE RANKINGS: Bonney Lake back in, Sumner drops out

After the 35-point win over Sumner on Jan. 15, the Bonney Lake Panther are back in the state rankings.

After the 35-point win over Sumner on Jan. 15, the Bonney Lake Panther are back in the state rankings at No. 9 posted by the News Tribune.

Last week, Sumner made the state rankings at No. 10, but loses to White River and Bonney Lake dropped them from the rankings.

White River, coming off a Jan. 18 loss to Class 4A Kentwood, is ranked fifth. They are in sole possession of first place in the South Puget Sound League 3A standings at 7-1, followed by Bonney Lake, Lakes and Sumner tied for second place.
