ManeStage Theatre Company will present its four-weekend run of “The Music Man” beginning Saturday.

“The Music Man” is the classic 1957 musical about Harold Hill, a con man who poses as a band organizer. Hill doesn’t have a musical bone in his body and, once he’s sold his marks instruments and uniforms, he takes the money and runs. But in River City, Iowa, he meets the no-nonsense Marian and finds a reason to stay put… and perhaps turn his ruse into the truth.
