Born February 18, 1954 in Enumclaw to Donald and Gloria Walker. Lived most of his life in Palmer, WA.

Cecil was a man who was passionate about his family, work, logging and sprint cars!

He raced Sprint Cars from 1974-1992 and enjoyed mentoring many up-and-coming drivers learn the life of sprint cars.

Cecil is survived by his wife Lori Louise (Thomas) Walker. They were high school sweethearts and would be celebrating their 40th anniversary this October.

Cecil was extremely proud of his two daughters; Lissa Dawn Strecker and husband TJ, Sunny Jo Konop and husband Eric.

His favorite thing in life was his grandkids; Ellie Dawn, Lexie Louise, Walker John and Winston Grant.

Cecil is also survived by his brothers Earl Lee and Jeff Wayne Walker, along with his special Auntie Lorraine Winsor, Butch and Donna Kovash and family.

Services will be held August 26th at 1PM at Walker’s Paradise, 31529 340th Pl SE Ravensdale, WA 98051.
