Patti DeLila Brown, 59, died April 18, 2017, surrounded by family.

She was born May 6, 1957, to Dean and DeLila Bogar and was raised and educated in Enumclaw. She loved being a mother. She married Greg Brown on Feb 18, 1989. Together they enjoyed camping, antiquing, hiking, dirt bikes, and she especially loved scouting in the woods. She was a hard worker and helped start and run their mechanical business. Recently she and her son had taken over Boise Creek Grocery, the store her family has owned for generations.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Greg Brown; father Dean (Carol) Bogar; children Rhiann (Beau) Gates, Alexandra (Julia B.) and Christian Brown; brothers Mike (Cheral) Bogar and Eddie (Mi Shong) Bogar; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by mother DeLila Bogar and son Christopher Brown.

A graveside service is planned for 4 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Park, followed by a celebration of life at Charlie’s Café in Enumclaw.
