Longtime resident Spicy E. Tanquary died peacefully Sept. 5, 2017.

She was born Oct. 3, 1925, in Latham, Missouri, the youngest of two children. She moved to Enumclaw in 1967, worked at Bobbi’s Dress Salon for several years and later at her daughter’s ceramic shop.

She is survived by daughter Dolly Neumann and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Donald Tanquary, daughter Donna Gagne and sister Lucille Schroeder.

Per her wishes, there will be no services.
