Thomas Johnson

Greenwater resident Thomas B. Johnson died June 30, 2016, at the age of 67.

He was born Jan. 16, 1949, in Seattle and graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1967. He is known best for his hard work, meticulous attention to detail and perfection in everything he touched as a construction contractor and draftsman. He loved to hunt, fish and farm with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Johnson of Greenwater; mother Beverly and father Byron Johnson of Enumclaw; son Brad (Hillary) Johnson of Kirkland; son Dan Russell of Enumclaw; son Dan (Jennifer) Menzel of Enumclaw; daughter Correen (Doug) Jones of Bonney Lake; daughter Stephanie (Mark) Mavin of Puyallup; son Brandon White of Seattle; brother Tim (Chris) Johnson of Enumclaw; brother Ted (Derrick) Johnson of Tucson, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by son Jerry White.

A celebration of life memorial took place at the Greenwater Community Center on June 9.
