The Bonney Lake girls volleyball team posted a disappointing 3-1 loss to Tahoma High in its opening nonleague game of the season.

The Panthers won their first game 25-20, but couldn’t keep up momentum for the subsequent three.

Games 2 through 4 were lost 25-20, 15-12, and 15-9 respectively.

Lisa Demick achieved 12 kills on the floor.

Ashtyn Bagby had 26 assists, 13 digs and 4 aces.
