Norman Rockwell’s paintings of life, family, fantastic and everyday Americana came to life Saturday at Sumner’s annual Hometown Holiday. Actors affiliated with Act 1 Theatre Productions (formerly Ascension Theatre Productions) portrayed the once frequent Saturday Evening Post contributor’s subjects in various windows on the historic downtown stretch.

Individual stores offered specials for customers, ranging from sales to gifts to vendor presentations.
