Lowell is the owner and executive chef of Russell Lowell Catering, The Garden Cafe at Molback’s in Woodinville, and Russell’s in Bothell.
Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. at Bonney Lake High School. Tickets are $25 and will not be sold at the door. Call 253-891-5700 to reserve seats.
The ProStart program, with which the Panther culinary arts course is aligned, was created and sponsored by the National Restaurant Association to train the next generation of food service professionals. The two-year program provides students an academic background in the food service industry, and connects them with businesses that can provide workplace experience. The program introduces basic kitchen skills before progressing to advanced food preparation and culinary arts. Students also learn industry concepts such as customer relations, accounting, food cost controls and marketing.
