<![endif]-->Valerie Sumter, a professionally trained and certified life coach will be making appearances at both Bonney Lake and Sumner Pierce County Libraries for a self-talk seminar.

The seminar will focus on the behavioral science of self-talk and the effect it may have on peoples’ lives. The process of replacing negative behaviors with positive ones will be explored.

The seminar will be held at 2 p.m. August 3 in Bonney Lake and at 7 p.m. August 5 in Sumner.
