Panthers beat Enumclaw Wednesday | Bonney Lake Baseball

The Bonney Lake Panthers baseball team hosted the Enumclaw Hornets Wednesday.

The Panthers won 12-2.

The third inning helped secure the Panthers’ lead. Bonney Lake’s first batter of the inning was walked. Two batters later with one out the Panthers scored on a three run home run to put them up 7-2 over the Hornets.

Still with only one out in the bottom of the third and one runner on base Bonney Lake added to its lead on a two run home run. The Panthers had a 9-2 lead at the end of the third.

The Panthers would add three more runs to their score, to win its sixth overall game of the season.

Bonney Lake is 2-2 in league play and 6-2 overall.

Earlier this week, the Panthers beat Peninsula 12-5 and lost to Decatur 5-8.

Bonney Lake’s next game is today at 4 p.m. at Lakes High School against the Lancers.
