Exotic and unusual cars are once again filling up the display garage on Enumclaw’s Garrett Street — but now they’re not just on display, but for sale.

Cascadia Collection opened on April 1, having bought the former Thunderdome Car Museum’s building after it closed last year for $15 million.

But co-owners Mike Wierzbicki, Vladislav Samburski, and Josiah Criscuolo want to be more than a dealership, and are aiming for their business to be wholly unique.

“We’re many things in one building,” Wierzbicki said as he gave a tour of the space. “… We’re a car dealership. We are a transportation company. We are an event venue. We’re a storage company. We’re a car club. We’re a servicing shop. We’re a detail bay. And we’re finally a place where someone can sign cars in the south end. There’s not many options for that.”

In other words Cascadia Collection isn’t just for fans of fancy or rare cars, but enthusiasts of all kinds.

“Anything with a following, we’ll probably carry,” Wierzbicki continued, showing off both a orange Lamborghini Aventador roadster, one of just 250 made worldwide, next to a far less showy and even less expensive right-hand drive BMW. “So we’ll do this, and this. Why not?”

Also on the floor is the car from XXX, the 2002 film starring Vin Diesel, complete with a M134 Minigun inside (the car is real; the massive weapon, not so much).

But there’s more than the show floor; Wierzbicki plans to use event space on top as a car club, where members can mingle, grab a drink or some food, and watch their car get detailed from up above.

“It’s like a really fun lounge to… come hang out before a big drive, hang out after a big drive, a space for community where car guys could just sit and relax,” he said, mentioning specifically that he hopes to organize group drives around Mount Rainier. “There’s so many good driving roads out here that we rally think we can engage the car community everything from our off roaders out on 410 all the way to our exotic guys taking really fun spins around.”

Cascadia Collection also hopes to be a space for the community at large for gatherings, like hosting open houses with live music at the garage, especially when the Cruiz’n Cole season starts on May 1.

“We plan to open up all the windows for that and get as many folks in and around here as possible,” Wierzbicki said.
