Buckley Kiwanis presents May Students of the Month

Editor’s note: Buckley Kiwanis Club members honored two young Plateaau residents as their May students of the month. The following information was provided by the club, based on input from the schools.
White River High School – Sofia Gomez:
Sofia is not only a FFA officer and past district officer , but has served the community as part of the Compassion International Program. She works hard advocating for social justice. In FFA, Sofia has helped mentor many and has been an integral part of our FARM for Kids program and Spaghetti Feed and Auction. She currently serves as the chair women of our community service committee in FFA overseeing events such as clothing drive and Giving Tree.
Glacier Middle School – Kylee Raihl-Partridge:
Kylee is an outstanding student and leader whose kindness, positivity, and dedication make a lasting impact on everyone around her. She consistently gives her full effort, works collaboratively with others, and is always willing to step up wherever help is needed. Through her leadership, caring nature, and commitment to serving others, Kylee makes every classroom and activity better. Her positive attitude, strong character, and willingness to support those around her make her highly deserving of this honor.
