Bonney Lake High’s Ali Ronnfeldt took medalist honors with a 50 as the girls golf team posted a win over Lakes Thursday in South Puget Sound League 3A play at High Cedars Golf Course in Orting.

Tracy Hare and Courtney Bartlett both finished one stroke behind at 51. Anna Babbitt shot a 54, Ashley Coubra , 68, and Emily Stephenson, 72.

The girls fell to Enumclaw 95-47 Sept. 29 at Enumclaw Golf Course. Hare paced Bonney Lake with a 50, while Barlett recorded a 53.

In boys’ play, the Panthers fell to Lakes 70-51 Thursday in league play. Nick Bendon led the Panthers with a 44.

On Sept. 29, the boys lost to Enumclaw 93-33. Kyle Campbell scored his seven points on the final four holes to tie for the team point lead with Bendon, Brian Duckett and Justin Ellis.

Bonney Lake plays at Sumner Thursday. The SPSL 3A medalist tournament is Oct. 15.
