Buckley Council swears in appointee Nora Lyn Rose

Buckley mayor Pat Johnson swore in the city council’s newest member Tuesday night.

Nora Lyn Rose was appointed to the vacancy left by Randy Reed, following his September conviction and resignation.

Rose comes to the council from the Friends of the Buckley Library, a fundraising and support group for the city’s local chapter of the Pierce County Library.
