Tough night for WR Hornets

White River High was challenging for the top spot in South Puget Sound League 2A play, but found the Fife Trojans just too tough.

Playing on the road last Friday, the Hornets scored on their first possession but then fell to fife 36-7.

The Hornets continue to stand second in the SPSL 2A standings with a 3-2 league record and 3-3 overall record this year.

The team goes to play Foss at Mt. Tahoma High this Friday.
