Thank you, voters, for your support

This is only the second time Mountain View has run a levy on a ballot.

Mountain View Fire & Rescue wants to thank community members for approving our recent Maintenance and Operations Levy. By way of reminder, we serve approximately 20,000 people in the unincorporated areas of King County near the cities of Auburn, Enumclaw, and Kent.

This was only the second time we had requested an M&O Levy from taxpayers in our 66-year history. Funding from the M&O Levy will replace personal protective equipment for firefighters, a fire engine, a water tender, and maintain our fire stations to extend their usable lives.

We look forward to reporting back to our taxpayers as these projects are completed. In the meantime, we want you to know that we are very grateful for your support, and thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your family.
