Armchair political experts sign again.
Northwest Safe has once again thrown their armchair political wisdom, or what I might consider ignorance, back up on the reader board for all of us “uniformed” to soak in. Sometimes I get a laugh out of what they put up, other times I ask WTH?
The latest says something to the effect-Shrink Governments’ Power and give it back to the People. That struck me, is the Northwest Safe’s political analyst’s division that stupid?
Don’t get me wrong, I am totally in favor of reducing government waste, increasing efficiency, and stretching every taxpayer dollar to the breaking point. What the author spewing their “wisdom” fails to see (or maybe it’s deliberate) is that the only Power exchange in the current slash and burn environment will result in a concentration of power.
Power in the hands of a few wannabe oligarchs and corporate monopolies who constantly spew misinformation and fear to placate and trample society. Our nation was built atop a constitutional foundation which its’ Pre-Amble states, “We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
The Constitution has a clear separation of powers setup to prevent abuse and provide checks and balances which currently is clearly under fire while Elon is “Making America Great Again.”
I think Northwest Safe fails to see that our state and federal governments have grown in large part because private citizens, and/or public/private corporations have abused the constitution, and law, for their own gain resulting in more stringent regulation and therefore administration, resulting in more people to enforce.
Unfortunately, greed will not go away. I don’t think politicians on either side of the isle dream up regulations on their own-they are a response to abuses that have been wrought on American Citizens thus creating larger albeit less efficient government.
Unfortunately weakening the government, which Northwest Safe is endorsing will make it easier for private citizens or corporations to pocket money at the public’s cost, trample on the less fortunate, wreak havoc on the environment, and walk away with no recompense.
That’s what Northwest Safe is endorsing, but it will come back to haunt them in their secure bunkers down the road.
Our Constitution is being threatened by a couple of bankrupt trust fund babies and a host of Deputy Dogs who have one thing in mind; toe the line of their Supreme Commander, line their pockets, let individuals or corporations gain the system, tell us where our moral compass should point to, and trample on the less fortunate or weak.
Give me a break Northwest Safe – stop looking at all the conspiracy garbage you have surrounded yourself with and use your signage to make us laugh.
