Chipotle soft opening May 12

Enumclaw’s new Chipotle Mexican Grill will have a soft opening on May 12, starting at 10:45 a.m.

The restaurant will be offering its usual fare, but also the latest limited-time Chipotle Honey Chicken and the new cilantro lime sauce.

There will also be a high-protein menu that has items between 15 to 81 grams of protein, including the High Protein Bowl and High Protein-High Fiber Bowl, snacks like the new High Protein Cup, and a Single Chicken Taco.

Finally, customers can enroll in the Chipotle Rewards program to earn free monthly food drops, customizable birthday rewards, and more. You can enroll before the restaurant opens at https://www.chipotle.com/rewards and receive free chips and guac with a purchase.

The restaurant, located at 1040 Stevenson Ave. near the QFC, will be open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
