Letter to the Editor: Thanks be to God

Sometimes in life when you learn something new, it can be life-changing.
So, just in case some of you never heard this before, I’m taking the time to fill you in on something. You’ve all heard of Moses, who God used to deliver the Hebrews from the Egytian slavery. But, did you know that Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible (Old Testament).
The books are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
How did he have time to do all this you ask? Well if you read Exodus chapter 24 verses 15-18 you will see that God took Moses up in a cloud for forty days and forty nights.
On another note, just in case, something amazing is going to happen at the end of the age worldwide. Get ready and fasten your seatbelts for this information. In the last book of the Bible called Revelation (New Testament) 144,000 male Jews from the 12 tribes of Israel who believe in Jesus will be sealed so that nothing can harm them. They are going to be witnessing to all nations, tribes and tongues. These are referenced in Revelation chapter 7 and 14 (New American Standard Version). There are so many people saved from their witnessing about the coming Kingdom of God that it’s too numerous to count.
Another thing you may not have heard: before you were born God knew you. He formed all your body parts in your mother’s womb. These references can be found in the Old Testament book of Psalms chapter 139 verses 13-16 written by King David.
Remember that God loves you and there is nothing you’ve ever done that He cannot forgive. God is love.
