Officers were called to a local phone shop regarding suspicious circumstances. The reporting party told officers as two males walked into the store, she received a call from another Tacoma phone store that several cell phones were stolen, and the description of the males matched those who just walked in.

STOLEN PHONES: Officers were called to a local phone shop regarding suspicious circumstances. The reporting party told officers as two males walked into the store, she received a call from another Tacoma phone store that several cell phones were stolen, and the description of the males matched those who just walked in. The males attempted to buy a phone with cash but left when they were informed they couldn’t. Information about the subjects were forwarded to the Tacoma PD.

WARRANT: Officers did a plate check on a truck on April 24, revealing the owner of the car had a warrant out of Bonney Lake and a suspended license. Officers contacted the man and asked if he was the owner of the car, to which the man replied he was. Later, the man told officers he was not the owner of the car and provided his name. A record check revealed the man had a felony warrant out of King County. Officers confirmed the man’s identity and transported him to the Pierce County Jail.
